About Nature's Nook Balloons

Nature's Nook has been part of the Minot community since 2016. It started as a family-focused specialty shop built around play, creativity and connection, and for years, it was known as a toy store. But balloons, birthday parties, paint parties, face painting and creative events were always part of what we did.

Over time, the business changed. The toy-store chapter came to an end, and what remained was what had grown strongest: balloons, celebrations and art.

Today, Nature's Nook Balloons is located inside Main Street Books in downtown Minot. We specialize in helium balloons, custom balloon bouquets, balloon filling, grab-and-go décor and larger custom installations for birthdays, graduations, school events, corporate events, grand openings and community celebrations. Nature's Nook Art continues separately with paint parties and creative events.

What We Actually Do

We can help with something as simple as a single balloon or helium fill, a birthday bouquet picked up at the shop, or a much larger custom installation delivered and set up for your event. If you're not sure what you need, that's fine too, we can help you figure it out.

Why Local Matters Here

Balloons aren't quite as simple as they look. Size, quality, inflation, float time, transportation and the space they're going into all matter. When you shop with us, you can talk to a real person about your colors, theme, space and budget. We use professional balloon products and can help you figure out what will actually work for your celebration.

The Person Behind the Nook

Nature's Nook is independently owned by Deb Peery, who has spent the past decade building, changing and occasionally reinventing this little Minot business. What hasn't changed is the idea behind it: be creative, know what you're doing, and take good care of the people who walk through the door.

We've worked with local families, schools, businesses, nonprofits and community organizations across Minot and the surrounding area for ten years. We know the community because we're part of it.
